My Day Off?

I went to ComfortDelGro Driving Centre today and sad to say...


Then went to raffles place to sort out some bank stuff and queued up to exchange
my old EZlink to this ...


Took train back to Tiong Bahru Plaza and honestly I can't believed myself that I watched movie alone and it's PONYO! maybe I'm just too bored good thing after that I just went to get myself a treat and bought this...


and this one too...


In the evening went out on a date with the twins Shaun and Kern at Zion Rd to taste the best Char Kuay Teow afterwards Shaun and I drove off to Cathay at Dhoby Ghaut to get this pink Adidas Jacket at Footlocker and I got my favourite scent from the shop across...


I went to check if Dy is in starbucks to ask him for a free coffee treat and luckily he was there and so we spend a few hours with him to catch up before shaun drove me back... and so that's how I spent my whole Day off today!

What I miss this Christmas?

What do I miss the most this Christmas?
1 Noche Buena - celebrating Christmas eve with my family and relatives
2 Chinese Ham - the chinese ham that we buy in China town
3 Palutang - it is made out of ground sweet rice. Palutang means "Floating" it is usually mixed with coconut and sugar and served hot.
4 Simbang Gabi - where you wake up really early to attend church service
5 Puto Bumbong at Bibingka - this is the treat after you attend a Simbang Gabi
6 My Family - exchanging gifts and celebrating my Mom and Dad's wedding anniversary.

Monday with a Crazy Birthday Girl

Had a good meeting at my favourite place (starbucks Wheelock Place, Orchard) with Praise and Mirabel regading VMS and then went to meet with Jovi to celebrate the birthday of one crazy girl that we know...

She was so irritating that she kept on laughing at SAKAE SUSHI. But I'm really glad she enjoyed celebrating her birthday with us. We love her so much! keep it up girl... we are very proud of you! Wish you a great year ahead and good grades (bwahahahaaha) You can do it!

Real Run or Real Walk?

I was quite disappointed with my result running the New balance real run 2008. I think I finished it under 2:05.00. The route is very challenging but yet exciting because this year they made it much more difficult. I think it would be easy but when you have not enough sleep and no motivation go then it is really difficult to finish it.

I was almost at the point of giving up and quitting the race half way but thank God I was reminded of this verse
from Romans 12:1-2 "let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross" and was inspired to finished it.

Three IMPORTANT reminder for me:
FAITH, ENDURANCE AND MOST OF ALL DISCIPLINE!!!!!
