Monday with a Crazy Birthday Girl
Had a good meeting at my favourite place (starbucks Wheelock Place, Orchard) with Praise and Mirabel regading VMS and then went to meet with Jovi to celebrate the birthday of one crazy girl that we know...
She was so irritating that she kept on laughing at SAKAE SUSHI. But I'm really glad she enjoyed celebrating her birthday with us. We love her so much! keep it up girl... we are very proud of you! Wish you a great year ahead and good grades (bwahahahaaha) You can do it!

Real Run or Real Walk?
I was quite disappointed with my result running the New balance real run 2008. I think I finished it under 2:05.00. The route is very challenging but yet exciting because this year they made it much more difficult. I think it would be easy but when you have not enough sleep and no motivation go then it is really difficult to finish it.
I was almost at the point of giving up and quitting the race half way but thank God I was reminded of this verse
from Romans 12:1-2 "let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross" and was inspired to finished it.
Three IMPORTANT reminder for me:
FAITH, ENDURANCE AND MOST OF ALL DISCIPLINE!!!!!

Youtube to IPOD
Use bookmark to transfer Youtube videos to your IPOD.
This does work for IE. I found this awesome javascript from Unlock for This.
Steps:
1. Create a new bookmark, name it and then copy and paste the following as the location:
javascript:window.location.href='http://youtube.com/get_video?video_id='+swfArgs['video_id']+"&fmt=18"+"&l="+swfArgs['l']+"&sk="+swfArgs['sk']+'&fmt_map'+swfArgs['fmt_map']+'&t='+swfArgs['t'];
2. Go to YouTube and find your favourite video. Once you see the video’s page click on the newly created bookmark. A download prompt will appear. Accept the prompt to begin downloading. The video will download with the name video.MP4. Rename the file to whatever file name you prefer.
3. Open your iTunes and add the downloaded file to your library. Connect your iPod and sync. That's it! your video will appear in the Movies section on your iPod!
