Browser eMessenger and AJAX

Have you heard about AJAX? not the detergent soap but the programming style.
Asynchronous JavaScript And XML, or its acronym, Ajax (Pronounced A-jax), it is a Web development technique for creating interactive web applications. The intent is to make web pages feel more responsive by exchanging small amounts of data with the server behind the scenes, so that the entire Web page does not have to be reloaded each time the user makes a change. This is meant to increase the Web page's interactivity, speed, and usability.
What's the good thing about it? Well one you I can use YM, IM, AOL, and other chat application on my browser even without installing it. Which means i can talk to my friends anywhere in the world as long as i have an internet connection and a browser regardless of OS or web browser.

I'll just post some of the links here for me to remember it... so that in case I need to use this links in the future.
